Summit Volleyball Club
History
Summit Volleyball Club started in the 2001-2002 season. We started with 4 teams and 40 players. Over the last seven years our club has grown from a small regional club (40 members) to a nationally recognized club (220 member in 2006-2007). In 2006-2007 season, we were the largest and most successful volleyball club in the Intermountain Volleyball Association Region. We have had at least one IVA Region Champion every year for the last 5 years. In the 2006-2007 season we had more Top 8 finishes than any other club in the IVA Region.
Our coaches can make the difference:
Learning volleyball by reading a book isn’t the best way to learn volleyball. You need experience! In order to develop and improve volleyball skills it is best to learn from a coach who has the right experience.
We are selective with our coaches because we know they can make all the difference! We have the best coaches in the state of Utah. In fact, most of them have played and coached college volleyball. With loads of knowledge and experience, our coaches are dedicated to each player. Click on over to our coaches page, it will give you more details about our people who have made a difference.
