Hello Summit Volleyball Players, Coaches and Parents:
We are very excited to begin our 4th year as directors and owners of Summit Volleyball Club. As directors we are working to make this upcoming club season the best volleyball experience possible. Our mission is to make each player better individually as well as teaching players to love the game of volleyball. We believe that all players can become better with hard work ethics, good coaching and touches on the volleyball.
As directors of Summit VBC, we bring experience in the business and knowledge of volleyball, together we have over 30+ years of volleyball experience in playing, coaching and managing volleyball. We are eager to continue Summit’s success. Summit VBC has been providing coaches and players for over a decade.
We worked to hire coaches that will help to build Summit Volleyball Club to be a leader in the volleyball world here in Utah as well as nationally. Summit VBC looks to hire coaches that are not just players but have experience coaching players and teaching them how to be great players. We feel that coaches are not players, but teachers of volleyball and life skills.
Coaches are trained and ready to coach your player in skill, strategy and of course to have fun on the court. University of Utah Head Volleyball Coach Beth Launiere and her staff will be conducting coaching clinics for our club coaches. She will work closely with us to further educate our coaching staff. All coaches at Summit VBC are currently IMPACT certified. Along with Coach Launiere (University of Utah Head Coach), we work with Allen Allen. He is currently the assistant coach at Gonzaga University. He also has clubs in California and is a great asset to our club program. Coach Allen provides Summit VBC updated coaching skills and technic, as well as Coach Launiere.
Summit will continue to practice at The XSi Factory. The XSi Factory offers us great facilities, location. Along with that, we include Velocity training for Summit players. Velocity has geared their trainings for us this season to volleyball and it is a great asset to our program. Trainers work with our program to meet the needs of each player in our club.
